SOLD/EXPIRED **SOLD** 300 WSM sheep rifle (Rem 700 SA, Krieger, McMillan)

I put this lightweight (8.2 lbs with scope as pictured) rifle together a few years ago and have put 120 rounds through it. I have used it on 2 elk hunts, and it does have a few rub marks, but no scratches. It is perfectly balanced and handles really well. I hate to let it go.

The load I put together is 185 grain Berger VLD over 67.4 grains of RL-19 and CCi 250 primers. This load yields MV 2,936 fps with 7 fps ES.

I am asking $2,000 for the rifle and will include 75 pieces of brass and a set of Redding dies (FL sizer, seating, and body).

Components used:
completely blueprinted Remington 700 SA stainless action (including recoil lug)
parallel bolt fluting
bolt shroud and handle lightened
Wyatt's extended box magazine installed
24" Krieger match grade SS cut rifled barrel 1:12" twist with muzzle brake
matte black Cerakote finish on all metal
McMillan Lazzeroni thumbhole sporter stock painted OD green
aluminum pillar and glass bedded action
trigger tuned and set to break at 3lbs
gunsmith was Charley Robertson of Score High Gunsmithing
rifle weight 6.75 lbs, 8.2 lbs with scope, bases and rings as shown

Scope included? How well does it shoot?

The scope is not included. It shoots well. 3 shot groups with the load I put together are right around .5-.75 MOA. The barrel is a lightweight taper and heats up quickly, which affects grouping when shooting more than 3 shots in a group.
