Good question, let me find out. It is for standard bolt face if that helps, but I'll confirm shank size.

I believe so, it is the short action not long action. Do you know of some short actions with 4.40" spacing?

The single shot target actions are 4.4" with a 3rd screw in the middle, large shank, that one looks to be left feed, right bolt, right eject. Hope that helps.
