I have about 4 bags of 50 new, unopened Win brass
Are you inferring that you have nothing? As in you don't even load ammo yet? Do you need a press, scale, powder measure, caliper, mic, load blocks, primers, powder, brass, bullets, etc., etc.?

Yes. I shoot Hornady factory ammo now. It's actually shoots half MOA... But I want to reload. I have nothing...
Do you know anyone close that loads? You may want to visit with someone to at least get your hands on a press to see if you like it. For example, I have 2: an RCBS rockchucker and a Forster Bonanza. I prefer the ergonomics of the RCBS but prefer the precision of the Forster. I also like how the dies just pop in and out of the Forster.
Go to Sinclair International website and take a look at all of the presses. Most are great from Lyman, RCBS, Redding, Hornady, Dillon, Forster, etc.
I'm thinking of upgrading my RCBS press to the taller one which would leave the rockchucker available but it is 22 years old. It has served me well.
You can buy kits but I don't recommend it because you'll likely stop using the scales that come with it. I'd go buy a nice single stage press, an electronic scale, a good case trimmer, a bullet puller hammer, a decap die (universal), and the dies you need for your caliber. I use Redding and Forster comp dies. Custom dies are best but not cheap. You'll need load blocks, a powder funnel, trickler, and I use a Redding BR30 measure. I use multiple load sources like Nosler, Speer, Sierra, Barnes, and all the powder maker's data either online or book.
You may look into a primer pocket uniformer, a flash hole debur tool, and a case prep station. I have the RCBS. You'll need a caliper, and I use a Sinclair concentricity gauge.
