Ballistics Programs (Web based & Downloadable)

ive been trying to download exball for my pocket pc and must be doing something wrong i keep going to the eskimo sight and getting errors
like www.eskimo.com/forbidden.html

i would really like to try this program ive seen so many replies good from it
 
Hi... do any of the ballistic programs let you change barrel length....I hAVE A REM 700 WITH 26INCH BARREL THAT i HAVE SHOT TO 300 YARDS........ALL THE INFO I CAN FIND SAYS IT IS SUPPOSED TO DROP 12 -15 INCHS MINE APPEARS TO BE DROPPING 5 1/2 INCHES......BUT i AM NEW TO TARGET SHOOTING...MAYBE MY SCOPE CLICKS ARE MORE THAN 1/4??????

you NEED to know the FPS your gun is shooting YOUR ammo at, if you dont have a crony, find someone at your local range to do it for you. ask guys in your "home town" forums...

if you have your FPS, and the BC of the bullet you are useing, you can run the numbers easy... with out, you are guessing....
 
Is there any decent ballistics software out there that would run off a Blackberry?

I use Load From A Disk. It is not down loadable but the price is right. Just google Load From A Disk and take a look.
 
Berger Bullet website with G7 Drag info and freeware program download, small and quick for a basic fast program that is a click and use non installing program that can be put on a thumdrive.

Nikon's Spot on in the Mil Dot reticle is nice to see the bullet trajectories on a standard 2.5-10x42mm Mil Dot Optic for what caliber and velocity you select, I wish it had Mil data for drift, but it is a MOA adjustment optic. It does have a ballistic table to access but no Mil drift or drop. Eye Candy and multiple caliber / BC listed.
