Pact Professional chrono XP

Any of you own a Pact professional chronograph XP? I got one this spring and I have yet to get it to read a whole ten shot sting today Iwas out to the range and It only read one shot and I put about 15 across it. How close to your skyscreens does the bullet have to be? I used it about three times and i get about the same results I would appreciate any help I could get. I'm getting very frustated

I was having that problem also, called and was told to try putting a sand bag on the leads by the unit. Did this and have not had another problem.

now that thought is gonna stay in my head all day trying to figure out how a sandbag fixed the problem! Least the fix was easy<g>.
