Hey guys, I had an idea for a thread that may be helpful. How about we give some tips of our most successful calling set ups and what state we call in. Just the details on what is working for you.

Like this.

Montana, winter non-mating season
Daytime calling , mornings and evenings best.
Fox pro fury e-caller Lightning Jack and coyote pup distress
Volume at 22
Call for 5 min the wait for 3 or 4 then call again. Stop after 25 minutes if no yotes show.

I like it, but I dont really have a standard that I use, depends on several things like time of year, temperature and weither its morning or evening. My favorite time to call is late july to august early in the morning because the pups are just starting to wander around on their own a little and will come in to almost anything. so you can usually keep calling and get the siblings too then a pup in distress sometimes brings in a mother... oh and my favorite call is a mouthcall. yote buster. I have had it for about 15 years and no matter how many calls I buy I always come back to it.

how do you like your fury?

I like it alot. But need to add a decoy. I been using a turkey feather on a thread tied to some brush above the caller. It wors well if there is a breeze.

I am no expert on calling. But we do take quite a few yotes with the Fury.

I bought a mojo puppy this past summer, I have only used it a couple times and so far I like it alot. My buddy had a mojo critter that didnt last long but so far this one is pretty good. and it was only $50
