Here's the scoop, Matrix 190 VLD. I believe Matrix is a calculated number, might be good for comparing Matrix bullets to themselves but not as an actual G1 BC.

Slightly inflated then... Doesn't really look to be that much more impressive than a Berger 180 VLD.

How did you work that out?
What velocity is it valid for?

Came from the rocket scientist Bryan Litz and that was his G1 average over the entire velocity spread.

Advertised b.c.'s by custom bullet makers and die makers are often grossly exagerated! Most of the factory bullet makers are starting to be much better about realistic b.c.'s. If it looks fishy and you see no reason for a bullet to have an excessively high b.c., there is probably a VERY good reason. B.C. is nothing more than sectional density and profile..........Rich
