question about berger bullets

With the berger bullets, which has the thicker jacket? the hunting bullets or the target bullets?? I looked on their site and could not find the answer anywhere??

Berger's target bullets have a thicker jacket than the hunting bullets.

I'm beginning to 'think' that their jacket thickness differences don't make 'much' difference. Just in the 'think' stage though.

I "think" I recall the thicknesses being documented some where. I'll give a look and see if I can find it.

Thanks Roy! I really enjoyed Brians response from Berger. One thing that REALLY caught my eye was the statement he made that the thicker jackets are usually thicker "at the base". If this is true and the meplat area is the same or similar thickness, The target bullets may actually work better for hunting than the "hunting" bullets? Not saying they will so I hope everyone doesn't use this statement the wrong way. I just think they might be worth some testing.....Rich
