I use a Lee size die to punch out the crimped in primers. Their de-capping pins are tough and the way the die is made if it won't push the primer out it pushes the de-capping rod up in the die so you can re-adjust it and it does not break. Yes you will have to remove the crimp after you punch out the primer. If you are not doing a great deal of cases you can use your inside the neck champher too to remove it. I bought a RCBS swage tool that fits my press to do large batches.
