I am in the process of having a custom built rifle made in SnipeTac338 and therefore will have no need for two 338 calibre long range rifles - see my earlier post on this.
I am asking $2500 for my 338-378Weatherby Accumark. It has been properly run-in and shoots 1/4" to 3/8" groups and has fired just over 100 rounds through a cool barrel, I have never fired the rifle with a hot barrel.
Photos are available and will be shown on a personal email basis as they are too large to attach on this forum.
Included into that price are once fired 100 reloaded cases, Timney trigger, Redding Group D 3 piece high quality dies, 20 MOA NightForce rail and Devcon bedded action.

Not included in the above price are the following accessories for sale that will make this purchase a "ready to go" package.
NightForce 3.5-15 x 56mm (as new) $1500
NightForce 30mm rings $ 150
200 new unfired cases at $5 each or $ 600 the lot for cases ($1200 worth)
$2000 the lot for all accessories (worth well over $3000)

About a year and half ago I was giving serious consideration to doing a custom build in a 338-378 Weatherby but eventually decided on 338 AX...it was tempting...who knows if I'd a seen your rig then I may have changed my mind. I wish you the best of luck in finding it a new home.

Thanks Chas1, I may have an interested buyer.
He wants a few days to think it over.
My bet is he is trying to work out how to get it into the house past the missus un-detected. Good Luck to him.

Obviously you're enjoying the 338AX, I know I will with mine..
What scope and MOA rail are you running on yours?
