Bore Tech V3 Match Bullets 338 Caliber (338 Diameter) 245 Grain Solid Brass Spitzer Boat Tail Box of 50

Just by looking at the picture I am guessing that these bullets will not expand on game. Not much good for hunting.

loaded up for .338 rum my friend shoots mixed results, really they like to be off the lands a couple thou, seamed to gain the most accurate results, they definately exploded on impact with steel at 800 yards. At long range 1200+ with his barrel which i believe is a kreiger at 29" on paper they showed some signs of instability,of course we only worked up 2 loads so it may have been a load issue or a barrel twist issue but anyways that my expeirence, good luck and they are an awesome looking bullet.

i talked to a guy from the company that makes them and he said that they would work on game but the bullet would have to be going slow so nothing inside of 750 yards. He also said they are supposed to be making a bullet that should come out this year that will be designed for hunting so hopefully that is true.

this is the kind of feedback i was looking for.
Thats what the guy told me that i talked to is that they are best off jumping and a 1-10 twist is reccomended.
