I've been using a 25 cal Hornady V max in 75 gr for coyotes. But now I'm thinking I'm going to try out some Nosler Balistic tips in 100 gr. What kind of change in performance can I expect with the change ?

Thanks in advance!!!!!

Hmmmm, well, I'm not certain there would be any HUGE differences that you will notice....

You'll obviously lose some speed with the 100gr'ers although you will increase your distance capability. One thing I noticed with Nosler Ballistic Tips is that they seemed to be a bit more uniform and consistent in their weight and tip form, but whether those small factors will make any difference I can't say.

My opinion would be that your greatest points of difference will be speed and trajectory. At the end of the day, I don't think the coyote will know the difference!

It's a bit of a "try-it-and-see" thing.
