Barrel/receiver mounting screw torques for Pre '64 Winchester M70?

I recently aquired a 1953 Winchester Model 70. My dad gave it to my brother in law in the late 1970's. My brother in law gave it to me last weekend. Obligatory picture:

It hadn't been cleaned in decades so I cleaned the bore, took the barreled action out of the stock, cleaned 56 years of accumulated crud out of the stock, cleaned up the trigger mechanism, and put it back in the stock.

It has a remarkably nice trigger on it.

The bareled action mounts with 4 screws - one goes into the barrel boss where the rear iron sight mounts, and of course 3 go into the receiver. I torqued the front and rear receiver screw to 40 in-lbs, the center one to about 10 in-lbs, but I haven't a clue what torque to use on the screw that holds the barrel. I gave ithe barrel mounting screw 10 in-lbs because it needed something to keep it from falling out and it wasn't very tight when I took it out.

Anybody know what torque I should use for the screw that holds the barrel?

Any recommendations for torques to use on the action screws if mine are not right?

I think the Torque on the action screws are about right I use loctite on the center screw
and just barely tighten it 5 to 10 inch pounds.

But the barrel screw is another issue. That barrel band was made for the big caliber mod 70s
for express sights and an extra recoil lug and is not needed on the smaller calibers, So I
would just float it or place bedding under it to dampen the barrel and wouldn't use the screw.

Thanks JE. I'll be taking it to the range today. I'll try it with and without the barrel screw and see what happens.

It's a .30-06 Spr. which I don't regard as a real heavy caliber.
