Has anyone seen or got their hands on this bullet yet??

I got some crap in the mail from Hornady today that had this bullet on it. Curious if anyone has seen any available or, even better, any terminal reports.

Let's hear it

We got the same flyer and a Big Poster with all Hornady bullets and Ammo Display.
Don't really shoot Hornady except for 50 & 55 gr V Max for PD hunting. We picked up several 500 boxes of ZMax when they were on sale about 10 years ago.
The 25 ELD looks like it could be a shooter. Manufactures are all in competition for the heavier 25 ever since BlackJack came out with the 131gr.
Berger has the 133 & 135gr. We bought a bunch of these bullets and now have to build a rifle to shoot them. Can't wait to have a Quarter Bore again. Last one was Jill's 25WSSM Model 70. She shot several Plains Game Animals in Affrica.

I hear ya Len! I'm about to start prepping for my 25x284 build. Finishing my daughters rifle the 1st of the year and then onto the new quarter bore!

Exactly! We decided on the 25-284 also. We have the dies & Brass. Just need a Reamer. Have a half dozen builds for us ahead of this one. Have to get this Spinal Cord issue fixed first. Should be by Christmas for the post op pain to be gone and then hopefully all the pain is gone. If not then the SCS gets turned on.
Let me know how the build is going. we should talk some time.
Thanks

I definitely will buddy and sending prayers for a full recovery!

I am getting my 25-06 ABolt rebarreled with a 7 twist 26" fluted shilen barrel. I have the 133 Bergers, 121 Hammers and now I think I am going to have to get some of these when they come out. I have Retumbo, H1000, RL23, RL26, RL16 and 7977 that could work for these bullets. Hope you have a speedy recovery Len.

Thanks much!!!

Can't wait to see how they do on game. I've had great success with the Berger 135s on game but hesitate to use them below 2000 fps impact velocity. I think the ELDM have a reputation of performing well at slower speeds. And hopefully they are cheaper than Bergers! I'll be at the front of the line to test them in my 25 creedmoor.

I think you will be set at that point!

Same here looking forward to some terminal performance reports. I have the 135s too but I'd bet money the 134s will be cheaper
