I hope that you are not in pain but if you are the SCS today are light years ahead of the ones from 12 years ago. They told me that these last about 10 years and then they replace the Generator/battery. This is my second one. First never worked so now the big Padel that was implanted in my spine at C-2 to C4 should cover the entire spinal cord. Once the pain from slicing and dicing of my back/neck is gone, we can determine what actual pain is coming from the spinal cord and hopefully find a frequency to cancel out the pain singles.
I am praying that the part of the surgery where the bone on my spine was ground down to release some noted compression gets rid of the pain completely and they don't need to turn on the SCS.
It would be a MIRICLE after six years of severe 24/7/365 PAIN. To be PAIN FREE! Been on high doses of pain meds that I am immune to and can't stand taking, but the only thing to take the edge off.
Can't wait to start shooting again. Just got a new 10/22 from my father in law and have a dozen barrel blanks sitting next to our Lathe waiting to be chambered.
Got two properties within 15 minutes with hogs and Yotes running around yelping and squealing my name out.

I'm praying for you buddy.I get pain free days sometimes but but most days I puke from the high level of pain but I refuse to take them oxy pills.
I can't stand being out of control of myself.On real bad days I take over the counter pills and log on to Long Range Hunting and read and that helps a lot.
Your younger than I am and you still have a lot of pain free days ahead but let everything heal up well first before you turn the spinal cord stimulator up very much.On low I believe it helped me to heal quicker as it stimulated the bone and tissue around the areas fused.

Well you surely know. I am sick to my stomach every morning and have to take Zofran to prevent throwing up. I am immune to all opioids so Oxy barely takes the edge off, but doesn't affect me.
