Sure.... There's absolutely no significant difference over either the HIS modular system or the Arrowhead modular system. IF... you're lucky you might get 50fps over a module. You can get 50fps +/- from morning to an afternoon shoot.
Its a bench system and not a hunting system. As a bench system, it would be illegal in every match I've ever been associated with. You CAN NOT prime your weapon prior to being in a shooting position. That makes the system illegal to use in any "recognized competition".
You load the rifle on a live primer.
It is illegal in most states for transportation. In other words, you have to unscrew the module, pray you don't lose any propellant, then screw in a dummy bolt. Only then would it be legal to transport in most all states.
So........... you're 20' up in a tree stand and drop your wrench/nut driver?????
So..... you fire once at an animal and circumstances dictate you must use a quick follow up shot. Good luck with that, especially 20' up in a ladder stand, or standing in thick willow brush.
I would rather use the modular system over direct ignition. I have NEVER had a module FTF or HF. Ever. I don't have to fumble around for a nut driver, then set there and twist that darn thing out, only to twist another one right back in there. Then load the rifle on a live primer. For maybe 50fps????? Never will happen.
I have nothing against those who want to use the system. They can certainly do what they'd like but, its a system that will never be in my rifles.
I'm pretty sure you don't have to load it over a live primer. For hunting out West where I am, and the performance I've seen in the Accura, which we're discussing on this thread, it's a good fit. If I'm using this system and trying to reload from a tree stand I'd be completely prepared as to not drop my tool. You could just as well drop your loading tube, or any other components you take up in the stand. I don't hunt from Tree stands so this will never be a issue for me. That being said, I'll have both systems now!

The video clearly shows Hank cranking in a primed bolt. And if the breech plug isn't tighter in the threads than the bolt, when you try to remove the bolt, the whole breech plug may have to be removed.
If you loaded it on a dummy bolt, that would be legal for transportation. It would also be legal for getting into position in any recognized muzzleloader match. However, opening up that breech and unscrewing a dummy bolt, rather in a tree stand, box stand, laying in a prairie or hanging on to the side of a rock hill, removing the dummy bolt and installing a primed bolt is an issue.
At a recognized match, you'll have a lot of fun unscrewing a dummy bolt, not spilling propellant, and then screwing in a live bolt, especially prone and in wet grass with cross sticks.
All that extra work for .... maybe .... 50fps? Nope, won't ever happen in my rifles. Kudos to those who like the system.

Depending on the rifle, yes.
Being that we're talking about Accura and these modules are for the Accura and CVA break opens? I imagine a model for a bolt rifle extracts it upon bolt cycle?

The CVA 'conversion' I bought from Hankins also kicked out the H.B.A.I.S modules just fine with the extractor. I never needed a 'screwdriver' or 'primer extraction tool' to perform that function for that rifle.
Since we're discussing the CVA Accura and ignition modules, I have a question. I came across this breech plug on Midway USA.

Guy in the reviews says it will ignite BH 209 without fail. I have also heard of Winchester Magnum shotshell primers. I have no experience with either of these products. Is there any chance this combo can produce the same results as the large rifle magnum primer conversion kits by Hankins and Arrowhead?
