Montana x-bows illegal

Oh and you were complaining about the scares to prove how bad your shoulder is well heres one of mine after the 3rd go round a year ago.
Grow up and quite your bitchin, I gave my bow to a 17 year old who didn't have much so he can enjoy it.

Slimeball lawyer to sue Montana over crossbows.

It appears Sen Brad Molnar from Laurel MT is behind a second lawsuit to get crossbows legal in Montana. The courts have already decided in 2004 and Sept 2021 that crossbows are legal in Montana just not in Archery season. It does appear that there gonna just Judge shop trying to find one to agree with them. I sent Sen. Molnar and email telling him how strongly I disagree with this based on soley a limitation it does in know way stop you from hunting in Montana with a 5 week rifle season.
I encourage everyone who doesn't want to see crossbows legal in MT email
Sen. Molnar your opposition to this frivolous lawsuit.

hmmm you can get on a computer and bi@#$@ about t montana you can hike mountains you can track animals but you, can't use a regular vertical bow ???/ get real go pound sand go ahead sue us you won't get far its been tried before

montana gives more then 10% of its tags to non residents WAY MORE THEN THAT but we are working on changing that
so that its actually 10% and no more then that
