Has anyone done a decent amount of killing with the Berger Long Range Hybrid Targets (the "pointed" ones)? Specifically the 30cal 220gr. & 208gr.

I spoke with one member that had great success with the 220's and was curious is there's more field reports? Thank you!

There's a thread on the 208. I can't remember which forum but I think it's here on LRH. Could be on accurate shooter or Long-range only. Supposedly they mushroomed.

215's are no bueno right now, backordered into kingdom come…
I have had backorders in at a few places since last March but I was able to pick up 5 (250ct) boxes last month from Brownells. I got lucky on that and from what I've heard Berger is doing a huge run of them right now so my backorders should also be filled in the next couple months. Then I'll be set for a while.

I'm shooting the 220s in my 30 Nos
I killed a bull at 300 yards and was really impressed with the terminal performance.
It opened up well and penetrated to the front of the scapula stopping under the fur.
I also shot a buck at 530 yards with a 220 and it passed through leaving an impressive wound channel.
MV was 2975
