Cold Smoked Salmon and Whiskey

We were in the mid forties today in central Montana, beautiful sunny sky and not much wind, also great whiskey and smoking' weather. How do you cold smoke on a grill?
I use a pellet smoking tube. I only use it for cold smoking. I have regular smokers for traditional smoking

Dang I thought that was a cigar smoking on the grill flavor bars.
I don't waste good cigars on salmon....I smoke those myself

Yes! My 1500-watt chip type smoker, sockeyed salmons, & George Dickel works for me. A good Sauvignon Blanc is also good.

Can't beat Buffalo Trace along with homemade smoked salmon, smoked cheese and grapes. The smoking tube works ok for cold smoking but I have found a Bradley with cold smoke setup is the best

It's kind of like reloading components. I was able to snag 2 bottles yesterday!
