If you want a progressive I have no clue. Only ones I ever saw in use were Mec's. I have my first 20ga Mec Jr. from 40 years ago along with a 12ga. Use them every year and the only parts I have ever changed are the plastic wad guides. I also replaced the bushings with Universal Charge bars. I just de-prime, prime, load a bucket at a time. Goes pretty fast and I have far less mistakes and can monitor each step better. The hardest part for me is getting good hard lead shot. I just fired mine up yesterday to fill up my stack of #8's as I am down to a few boxes. No I don't fess up to my buddies I'm shooting 610gr (12ga in AA hull with RP12 wad) or a curly one under 1.5 ounces at 1300fps (chrono graphed) they think I am just a better shot. I shoot one to two restrictions looser than they do and knock em down just as far away. Yep, I get some sick enjoyment out of boxing up another stack of two ton Tessy's just waiting for quail and doves and them thinking they are 1 1/8oz. Oh, yeah they will pound you in a 6lb O/U. They slap you a quick reminder when you pull the trigger before its pulled in snug.

Yep Mec.....but you have a learning curve...knowing that the shot has fallen into the war...otherwise...100 loads in 15 minutes..becomes 30 minutes of clean up......then reset....
But...once you get going..crank'm out.....ive loaded thousands of 28ga and use my single stage for problematic shells..usually where the crimp doesn't stay firm...but a drop of hot glue fixed that....

Hahaha....candle wax is easier for me.

I always stuck with the 600 jr for the .410 - I don't trust the progressive with those.

I always trusted new Remingtons' the most though. Seemed to pattern the best in guns I had.

Talked to Winchester years ago about reloading 410, about all they had to say was they had a 70% loss on progressive machines at plant and that is why 410 costs so much. They would just salvage them for the components and run them through one more time.
