To the OP with your needs your good go with any of those. Of course 300 win Mag is the most established but I would not build one of the other two just because it's hard to find components. If your patient and look around you can find brass may take a month or 2 but it can be done. Any of them will get the job done. Out of those you listed I would go 30nos. ADG brass is available right now. It will give the best velocity and fits in a L/A well.
I myself went with a 20" 30 Sherman Mag pushing 215s at 2950 fps with n570. Some think that's to hot but when I'm getting double digit brass life and am 2+ grains away from any sign of bolt lift I tend to ignore them. All my Sherman cartridges have done what Rich said they would and his customer service has been excellent. But I go into a build knowing I may not be able to run the highest velocity Rich tested. Brass has been the weak link and with adg or lapua where you can run 70k+ and still get 2-3 firings before pockets loosen up ( not that I run there) I don't think running just over 60k is unsafe on a Mag bolt face. I beleive a lot of that thinking comes from the past when norma was the best brass available. Sammi max is 65k psi.

The MK248 Mod 1 chamber is bad to the bone in a 300wm. I suspect half the people spouting off about the army still running it don't know they had a second chamber specd and that's what they are primarily running now.
Wish I never would have sold mine!
MK248 MOD0 ammo is not bad either, check out the accuracy average of 14 5 shot groups at 200.

Heres some food for thought for the same few guys who criticize almost every single post I put up. Everyone knows who you are!
I'm so thankful that over 90% of the hundreds of clients are not only good people, but knowledgeable people as well. In your zeal to make Sherman look bad, you make yourselves look like the fools. What you're telling hundreds, actually thousands, of people, who hunt, shoot competively, load saami and wildcat cartridges, using the same technique, etc, etc, is that they are stupid and cant think for themselves but blindly follow a crazed Rich Sherman like a bunch of dumb sheep! Building Sherman Wildcats to this level has been a difficult, time consuming task that I never even planned on doing. Its also been a lot of Fun seeing people succeed and enjoy what Ive provided and the vast majority are very appreciative! I give my clients most of the credit for the success ive been blessed with!
So, the fact you seem to thrive on being negative, somehow makes you feel good, is foreign to me? Dont come across as being the saviour of all the stupid people by protecting them from Rich, because MOST people see right through it! Fauchism seems to be contagious!
So, My suggestion is, why dont I start a thread called "Sherman Bashing" and those of you who feel so obligated can post on there whenever you feel lead and not continuously waste everyone's time on numerous threads when the outcome is the same EVERYTIME! This makes a lot more sense to me!

Im simply asking how they get those numbers when i run a long throat and dont see them rich..in the 10 ive done? Am i doing something wrong?
