Is that a Nomad TI suppressor? Would love to hear your take on it.
It is indeed. I ran it on a 300 WSM and a 30 Sherman, and it was surprisingly quieter than I thought it would be. I currently have the hellfire adapter on it, but might switch it back to direct mounting. I am excited to hear it on this little rifle

I have an omega 30 that i really enjoy but have considered getting the nomad TI to shave a few ounces.

It is crazy how light it is. I was holding it offhand at various "targets" and very pleased with how well balanced it is on that rifle with the shorter barrel. Once I get a load worked up, it will be hard to not grab this set up for every hunt.

Barrel length and total weight (scoped and suppressed)?

21 inch barrel (cut an inch off of a 22")
7 lbs 14oz scoped and suppressed.

Thought about going with a lighter stock, approx 8-9oz lighter, but this one was available and I have one like it on another rifle and shoot it really well. Could knock another couple ounces off with a different scope, but I wanted some extended range capability. So theoretically could be right at 7lbs scoped and suppressed. But 3/4 lb weight penalty to have a stock and glass to get to 1000 seemed like a decent compromise.

Had to take off suppressor and bolt to get the scale to read. So I measured them separately. That is why the two scale pics.

That turned out beautiful. You are going to love it. I am jealous of that can. What action length and what bullet are you planning to shoot?
It is a short action. Going to try the 166 ATips first. I have some others kicking around from 160 AB, 162 ELDX to 168 and 175 Berger. Because of the shorter barrel and short action, if the 166 don't work to my liking, I will try the 160 accubonds next then then go heavier with the Bergers if that doesn't work. My suspicion is that all of them will work so I feel the 166 is a nice sweet spot of high enough BC in a bullet that will fit the build.

^ Lots of good options there.

For reference/comparison, I have a 22" barrel and SAAMI chamber on my 7SAUM. I am running 168 VLDs at 2940 or 175 ELD-X and 2910, both with ADG brass and RL-23.
