I see from a few other posts, which I did not check on before posting this, That they are "better" quality priced brass and are in the Lapua quality range. Yikes!!

Hit them with a mandrel if you have one. I recently got a box of Lapua brass that looked about like that (never seen that before from Lapua) and a little Redding dry neck lube and a mandrel and they look perfect.
What mandrel do you have, just a generic mandrel or caliber specific?

The piece I the lower left corner may not be salvageable. Perhaps the vendor would replace all 100 or possibly contact Norma directly. Email: [email protected], telephone number: 1-912-800-9281. I recently purchased Norma brass for my .270 Win which all were perfect. Only brass I could find locally and I always prefer buying locally.

I've used Norma brass since 2015, when I got into long range. Use 300rum and 25-06. I've had very few pieces with slight neck issues. But nothing like in the picture. Maybe like the top left or top right, but it was very few. Maybe 1 out of a 100.

I had the same experience with Norma 22-250 brass about three years ago.
I was able to salvage all but 5 pieces.
I chalked it up to I'll never buy Norma again.

I always full length resize new brass. Often it also needs deburring as it appears this does and check primer pockets for burrs and filings. I would check the case length as well but length will probably be ok. Dings like that are not what you like to see but a few are pretty common from shipping and handling but that brass obviously wasn't the QC guy's best day.

That's surprising, that amount of deformed necks. Looks like someone kept shaking the container before it was sold. I would contact Norma, but look for other brands in future. I have never seen that amount of deformation on a new batch of brass.
