So incorrect and not even remotely helpful. Apps are not some cheap gimmick crap out of a crack jack box man. The tech available to us to day is legit as long as you know what you are doing.

Most common issue with shooters and apps is data. It can be a simple update to the phone changed a back ground setting and you didn't notice it. Usually the setting is in the atmospheric area and can really mess with the results. That's where I usually start, but clearly verify profile and ammo data and then look closely at the atmospheric inputs. The scope tracking can be a problem but man it seems pretty rare to be that far off unless you have bent post. I did have that happen once.

Is this the only rifle you're seeing issues with correlating with the app?

If it is I would start looking at the rifle and or optic.

I don't want to make any assumptions About shooter ability, but I've seen inconsistent cheekweld and or shoulder pressure have a Huge part in vertical swings.

Assuming it's not shooter induced I would look at either app inputs or the equipment.

Also agree if you're gong to be dialing anyway, 100 yard zero is easier to use.

Not a bad thought either...shoot some paper at distance and see what the bullet holes look like.

I tested the tracking and it's spot on as far as a box test at 100 yards. Windage at distance was correct and minor correction at each interval were correct as well.

What size of box did you use? I recommend a tall target test with exact measurements for the scope's maximum range of adjustment. Your scope may track well in a certain range but then change in another. I've read about this happening. I also had a scope that held zero great but dialing was weird. Sent it back to the manuf and they fixed it.

I ran into a couple of issues trying to get my sig 2400 abs to match strleok pro. here are corrections to pay attention to:drop due to wind correction and direction/azimuth match for spin of earth. wind correction is a big impact, i set wind to zero and 180 direction, make sure that is not goofing up or is off. strelok app has compass to match sig azimuth/compass, if you are not pointing in same direction on app compass, as the shot, it can be off. also, did you set your zero conditions correctly vs current conditions.

This app, wrong or right, is thinking you bullet is moving faster or the air density is much thinner presenting less resistance.

I'd do as others suggest and delete the profile and start over. You probably fat fingered something along the way.

Did you change the Bore height since you switched scopes?

Every ballistics solver has to be tuned, have you done that?

Real world data and apps go hand in hand IMHO. They help each other confirm a myriad of data. When troubleshooting I like the KISS method because this can be overwhelming at times. So I'd probably confirm zero, velocity, and data input first as those are the easiest and require the least evasive measures.

I have experienced similar issues with the shooter app, was very frustrating.
Recently got Strelok pro and things have been much better.
However my data was very close to spot on for everything out to 800/900 yards with shooter but past that things went to crap.
I definitely see a great difference for me from using the strelok pro.

What velocity are you entering? If you use a mean velocity of 3027, based on the data you supplied as well as the other variables, you get a drop of 15.92 with a G1BC of .679 @ 800 (shooters calculator). That is pretty close to your actual reported data. I think your velocity input is incorrect??? It is probably lower than your data indicates, especially since you acknowledged that it was sitting in the sun. You could also be experiencing some unknown atmospheric pressure down range that could account for slight variations, barometric pressure etc… I don't think it is the app or your scope. I would rerun my velocity numbers.

Took me many years to accept this. You will be amazed at how many scopes do not track like they're supposed to.
