Swap some powder???

OK fellas, I've searched high and low since January for some 4831 powder to load my weatherby 270 mag with.. With zero luck (no surprise huh) this is my last shot.. I have several different powders and I'm looking to swap, buy, beg... Deer season is almost here and I am in a bit of a bind. I have some 4350, 1000 7625 4227 4064 2400 231 748 and I think a couple of more
I would like to get at least a half pound, Id swap out a half pound of any of those in return plus some money. Someone, somewhere has to have some.. Go figure out of all the loads we worked up, that my gun would like it the best. Three bullets in a nickel @100 yards.. I don't want to mess with that.

Within the last week or two Bruno's Shooters Supply had H4350. You had to buy 10lbs of it at around $389...... but they had it then. Keep an eye on their inventory, sign up for notices etc. Across the top of my web browser I created a folder of websites for powder, another for primers etc etc. Every couple of days I open all of the sites and check for in-stock items that I want. I've gotten lucky several times. Scored on some 209 and CCI200 primers, powder, brass from Starline, .277cal ABLR's from shooters pro shop. You have to be relentless. I sign up to be notified monthly.

If you can't find 4831, try 7828, it works great out of my 270 wea.. 1/4 inch groups with 143 Hammer Hunters @ 100.

I found some in Virginia, but they can't ship. Not much help if you're not in their area. Name of the shop is Dance's Sporting Goods. Also found some at Everglades, but you'd better be ready to sell your first born. (This is ridiculous!!!)

IMR 4350 I use in my browning 270 WSM it works very well - hope it helps
