Got the Official Numbers

Congratulations. That 60 days is nerve wracking. I wasn't so lucky. My best one was in for sure, really symmetrical 10 Point, until the 60 days passed. Then he was 168-6/8. Don't think I have ever been so disappointed. Such is life. Pretty sure it will still be my biggest one when I die.

It's the hunt that I would be proud of. I know that high scores are important but don't give up on a better buck. Keep at it and you never know what nature might connect you with. Just be prepared if the opportunity presents.
Good luck and keep at it!

Wow, congrats!
I have a dumb question... I know that all deer get 4 mass measurements per side. But on an 8, is the 4th mass measurement made at the halfway point between the G3 and the tip of the beam? or somewhere else along the beam?
Thank you

Yes at the half way point.

Got an email from Tx Parks& Wildlife person who is researching my deer and he said that it beats the previous largest 8 point from Texas which was entered in 1999 and scored 172 2/8's and mine is 175 3/8 net per B&C
Now to see where he ends up all time.
