I pulled some bullets of some rounds I loaded earlier this summer. Will probably use a differnt load instead, my question is now that I have taken the powder out of case and other load is with different powder do I need to remove these primers or would I be fine just loading these cases back up?

I was just concerned more with the possibility if a stick of powder got stuck in the flash hole.
I have done it a LOT of times and never had a problem. Not sure how much difference a single granule would make in the grand scheme of things.

With primers being so hard to find right now I would not waste any primers.
If you de-prime a case that primer will not seat again correctly in any case.
I have heard of glueing the used primer in the case but I see too many dangers with that procedure.
I have been reloading since 1967 and pulled bullets,dumped powder and just sized the neck and reloaded a hot case more times than I can remember,no problems at all.

Not to vary from the OP subject, do you worry about neck tension being different once you pull a bullet and then place another without sizing? I understand sizing is an option the the decapping stem removed.

If reloaded "as is" neck tension will definitely be reduced. However, it may not be unacceptably loose. I've done it without issue.

Never had a problem reloading after resizing neck. Side note I have had to remove primers from brass that is being scrapped. If you put case in resized gentle apply pressure to pop the primers out and can be reused. Never a failed primer when reused

Get you a small pen light and shine into the case. If there's a grain of powder stuck in the primer, just turn it upside down and tap it on a piece of wood, or some other similar material that won't damage the neck. It should pop right out. If not, I use a toothpick to pop it loose. I just did this with some 6.5 Grendel loads last night, and have done this numerous times. Reload, and shoot.
