Rebarrel, remage, headspace, something else issue

I seat the go, no go inside the extractor so it's up against the bolt face. I put the barrels in a barrel vise so they do not turn. I clamp the wheeler action wrench to action and hold in place, than torque the nut so nothing can move. I talked to barrel company this morning and they were great. I emailed the pics and they immediately emailed return label. Hopefully it's just a simple quick fix and I can get it back soon and get this one finished. Worst case there gonna make a new barrel. It's still odd to me that it headspases correctly and after a shot the bolt closes on the no go. I've never had that is with any other barrel swap, hopefully it's all connected. Thanks for the responses

I had some problems recently on headspace until I changed how I torqued barrels. I removed the handle from the Wheeler action wrench, removed the barrel wooden blocks from the Wheeler barrel vise. The Wheeler action wrench will fit in barrel vise and you can tighten it down. Place go gauge in like you normally do with bolt, screw barrel in until snug to gauge, tighten barrel nut and then torque. Since action is locked in vise you can really snug barrel properly. Love the action is locked down so it becomes lot easier to set headspace and torque to spec. Just different way to use the barrel vise to hold action.

How are you stopping the barrel from turning? I've tried it this way a few times but noticed the barrel would rotate while torquing nut.

Boy I hope to get try one of the swaps before too long. Always wanted to get a lathe and do it all myself. Probably never happen. Hope all goes well when you get it back.
