PRVI Partizian brass opinions...

PPU is not my first choice, by any means, but certainly not "bad" brass either.

I just picked up several hundred in a caliber that my middle teenaged son wants to work up a load for (7Rem Mag). I have used several hundred for loading 300WM and have no issues with the brass.

It's not Peterson or Lapua, but you should have good luck with it.

When components are as scarce as they tend to be right now, you run what you can, and again, it's certainly middle of the road or better brass. Some reloaders here seem to be quite happy with it.

badthityone you nailed it on the head re:scarcity of components. I'm working up a new bullet combo for my 7mm RM...and had counted on using my saved factory brass I've been ....only to find out that most of my brass is Federal....that stings. I have about 60 rounds each of once fired rem and win brass...slim pickings it is what it is....

I am one of those happy reloaders with very good experience with them. I used them in .270 Win sometime ago, and like you bought hundreds more, except this time it's for .264 WM.

It's good brass, don't pass it up if you're in need of brass. I've loaded it in my .300 win. It's not as hard as Winchester, but not nearly as soft as federal. More consistent in weight in my experience than Winchester, Remington, federal, or hornady. That was a big surprise. Also, not as tough as Winchester BUT started out with tighter primer pockets to begin with.

These primer pockets were a little looser than I would have liked with Fed 215mag primers. As long as they last, I guess I will be happy.

Don't turn the necks, they may be too thin and won't hold a bullet if you do. Have a batch that I turned necks on 7rm and some won't hold a bullet. I just skimmed the necks but they ended up at 11 thou. No resistance when pulling out of sizer.
