LE Wilson Die Gunsmith / machinist needed

I have tried, futilely for a couple of months to find someone to cut an L.E. Wilson seater die blank for me. I have the die and the instructions are very straightforward, but I can't find anyone who has a 7 Max reemer that will chuck it up and cut this die. So I will rent a reamer from Rich Sherman if I can find someone to cut the die for me.
This blank is NOT hardened. Sizing dies are hardened, but after they are cut. This is a seating die. Does anyone have any advice?

Not sure how far and wide you have checked but I can only offer up another gunsmith to contact. Randall Rausch is a bigger name out here in CA who would be worth contacting. He has done all my gunsmithing and might be able to take on this job.

Nope. I tried that when I had the chamber cut. Straightjacket armory said "we aren't set up for that"; although, by every measure they are set up for that. I argue that it is what they already do. they cut chambers...
Instructions read:
Clean Die with Solvent
Determine Die Body Finish Length
Mark Length with Sharpie on Die Body
Cut Material off Bottom of Die
Chuck Die Concentric in Lathe
Drill Body Out
Send in Neck Drill
Use Reamer to Chamber Die
Add Counter Bore

I have spoken to 4 gunsmiths. 1 wasn't "set up for that", 2 said they were too busy to fool with it and one said he didn't want to wreck his reamer, "dies are hardened"...
LE Wilson sells a pot load of these die blanks. Lot's of folks cut these dies, I just need to find one who will and I'll get them the reamer.

My smith has cut me 3 for 3 barrels I had him chamber. I rent the reamer and have it done all at the same time. Randy Gray, Adairsville, GA, Adairsville Armory.

If Wilson's sells a lot of these days, and they're cut all the time, why not ask them who can cut your die.?

Tried that too. They were not very forthcoming with much information. It was as if their question screener was an attorney. No dice. I also asked if they would make em. I said I'd buy 20 of them to be made at once. She put me on hold for a few minutes again and came back with "it would take an order of ~200... "

Don't understand the difficulty? All you need is a dummy round to get the length right for the seater. Anybody who can chamber a barrel can chamber a seater die? It's done exactly the same, with the same reamer?

Yup. I know. It's been very surprising how many machinists won't do it. It is what they do

A sizing die resizes the brass prior to adding powder and bullet. The seating die actually seats the bullet into the neck of the brass.
