Due to budget, I'm going to get on the waitlist at Arken for a scope. Has anyone tried the Arken 34mm, 20 MO a base? If so any feedback or review on it?

It isn't the 20moa base, but I got a set of their 34mm rings just last week ... I'm impressed for the price. Haven't had the opportunity to shoot with them yet but based on the "feel" of the quality I will be surprised if they don't do very well. Very well made and claim to be precision matched/machined ... I'm inclined to believe it so far.

Thanks. Let me know how they do once you get some rounds downrange. Are they the Halo rings? Do you have an ark and scope? If so, any initial impressions?

They are the Halo 34mm ...

I have not made the leap to try one of their scopes ... long wait for an uncertain outcome (16 weeks currently per their website) - but the price is tempting if they are as good as they claim. So - sorry - no intitial impressions.

If you get one - please post on your opinion/experience with it ... I'm for sure curious/interested.

I HAVE ORDERED BOTH THE SCOPE AND THE RIGID MOUNT DEC 25TH 2020. JUST WAITING. WHEN I ORDERED WAITING LISTED AS 7-9 WEEKS HOPE SO CAN'T WAIT TO PUT IT ON MY TIKKA T3X TAC A1. I WILL BE COMPARING IT TO BUSHNELL ELITE TACTICAL 4.5 X30X50 AND MY ATHLON ARES BTR 4.5X27X50.

Correct - I wasn't saying the base isn't 20moa ... I was just saying my experience is not with the cantilever base but rather with the rings - so far very pleased with the rings. Enough so that I've ordered another set for myself and my son-in-law has too for his 34mm Burris XTR II ...

Looking forward to seeing how you like the cantilever from them.

What hieght did you get ? How much room under front end of scope l,m,h? I like the looks of those myself.

I got the low rings ... they are on top of a 20moa EGW picatinny rail and I have plenty of room for the 50mm objective lens but I attribute that to the somewhat tall EGW pic rail. I don't have any 56mm obj scopes but am pretty sure there would be enough room even for that using them over the EGW.
