I will not be getting 'the vaccine'...

Where have you seen it said that after the vaccine everything will go back to normal what I am hearing and seeing is it will never go back to what we knew as normal we will be wearing masks and be locked down in the future
I guess there's no way to know for sure. The media is certainly happy to push us things that feed our darkest fears, hence the doom and gloom "things will never be the same again" headlines. The new varients are being spread at an alarming rate as we still can't get in the same page (stay home and wear a mask when you go out).

Just a guess, but I think we will get back to normal. We may need boosters to renew immune response, or yearly shots with updated versions like the flu, but I have faith that as a society we can beat it. As far as I'm concerned, this is the big fight of our times and I'd sure like to win. Just need everyone to try their best.

It seems like every community is effected differently, when the virus first hit a town south of me in Idaho, the fataly rate was %33!! That's since gone down to the national average, it was pretty scary. Other areas, it was just normal life.
we saw some thing like this in a small community down the road from us you have to remember if three people get it and one happens to die thats 33percent this area I was speaking of is mostly elderly folks so it did hit that area harder than it did else where

I believe this was a case of a tight knit community with many multi generational households. So yeah similar situation. Compared to the college town north of us with thousands of cases, maybe 6 fatalities?

The real problem is not the virus but the people who believes in all of the non sense. Get on your knees and pray for your family, friends, and this great country
My sister and her husband got the virus. Bad. I was on my knees praying they would survive. They did. I don't believe it's non-sense. YMMV.

I do believe this virus is bad but I know more people that have died from cancer than the virus in the last year
That's fine, but I don't go sniffing asbestos or smoking cigarettes either. And I can't reasonably give that cancer to someone else if I do.

What should be worrisome is that a lot of us have done everything in our power to slow or stop the spread and we still have as many cases and deaths as we do.

Which makes you wonder if Fauci and the CDC know what the hell they're doing. They changed the protocols several times in the last 9 months. Are they just slinging a bunch of s*** at the wall and seeing what sticks?

I hear ya. And this decision would be made differently if I was facing high liklihood, or certainty, of death otherwise.
That was my grandpas take as well, however he got covid before the injection was available. Knowing he had double lung cancer, was missing a lobe of his lung and pancreatic cancer we all wrote him off. He lived, never had so much as a cough from it and was completely fine. It's very confusing how each person handles this thing.
My wife had it and we didn't find out until it was way too late for her to isolate from me. I didn't get it, and I have been exposed many times. Crossing my fingers and hoping for the best at this point. Plus I won't qualify for the injections for a while still so I don't have to make that call yet. Good luck all with this mess.

There's something that is constantly misrepresented in the "Covid Deaths" every day. The death total is people who die "With" Covid, not necessarily "From" Covid. The typical Covid death is 60+ years of age and has 2.6 comorbidities. But the media conveniently leaves out the other 2.6 reasons and reports that Covid killed xxxxx people. Very irresponsible and likely purposeful.

The other key area people need to consider is this is the "First Pass" of this virus through the human race. We should expect and are seeing far more abnormalities with regards to the genetic/immune system response. Tragically, there's a bit of "luck" involved here. And the therapies that have kept people alive that otherwise would have died at a early age have weakened the gene pool. For clarity, NONE of what I just said is meant to to be cold/uncaring/disrepectful.

I think the vaccine is a good thing and also understand those that won't get it. I 100% support people's right to choose the vaccine, open/run a business, go out and live, or stay home and weather the storm.

Love the video....she has arranged an unchallenged and unquestioned conspiracy speech to be disseminated across the internet. To listen to someone like this questioning something as technical as pandemic disease transmission, we really need the opposing side expert.

Something I use as my guiding light is: If you speak it louder or or eliminate opposition through private video production, etc, you not usually right.

I had COVID19. I had a mild case, by medical definition. I was in the hospital Covid ward for 7 days. The first hospital I went to was full.

You probably have heard how well Ohio is handling this on TV.

I was placed in a short term room on oxygen. I would have quickly passed without it. I was on 8l/hr. The room was a 2 bed room with one bathroom. It was not cleaned before I came and not thoroughly cleaned while I was there. The hospital looked like a war zone in the hallway packed with supply boxes of PPE and what appeared to be trash. Day staff was generally ok, but night staff appeared short staffed and unmanaged. Nobody had adequate time, IMO, My point is I was in overflow parking in a near critical condition.

Let's talk about medical care. I had about 5 doctors visit in 7 days. None of these doctors attended medical school in a first world country. I believe one was from Wuhan China. One spoke such poor English that I could not understand a single word he said. No treatments other that oxygen and diuretics were offered. So, this talk of effective treatments is pretty much crap. My point is not that I was treated bad. My point is that from the inside, the place seemed over run by the disease.

Here I sit almost 2 months later unable to walk or climb stairs effectively. All this after a mild case of Covid19. Be careful who is advising you. They likely have no hands on experience with COVID19.

The vaccine is or is not a vaccine in the purest sense of the word. It is not a "live" vaccine. It is an injection that creates an antibody response like a vaccine without the risks of handling live vaccine. They went this way because it was a short cut to the proper immune response, if I remember right.

All this said, the government controls imposed have been much milder here than the rest of the world due to Americans' general lack of trust in the government to handle this and Americans' lack of desire to follow recommendations. Therefore we have on3 of the highest death rates. East Asians generally wear masks all day every day without request....that is why their spread is so low. Don't believe the crap about Taiwan having some truth we don't....
