Ultimate light weight very accurate coyote rifle

I have a Ruger American Predator in 6.5 Creedmoor with less than 120 rounds down the barrel.

Can send pics to your phone or email if interested.

Have shot it out to 650 yds.

Only interested in selling b/c I built a chassis 6.5 Creed and don't need two I'm finding.

How about a Remington 700 223 Ackley Improved. New Shilen Select Match number 2 SS barrel. Throated for 55 VMax. 1-12 twist. Action trued, lugs lapped.

Dan. Thank you, however I would like to find one with a stock with or similar to a EH 1 and a short threaded barrel.

The shop up the road from me has an Alex Pro 6mm ARC.
I just assembled my ultimate coyote rifle Friday night in 6mm arc. Shoots .5-.75 ish with factory 108 eldm. Weighs less than 10lbs. It was exactly what I wanted when I imagined a perfect predator rifle..

OP, first off what's your expected distances? 100 to 300yds or longer? You keeping the fur or leaving them DRT? You hunting them in BFE or in areas with livestock houses and barns?

You say "BFE" in Ohio?

I like the idea of an AR however they are out because of the weight? Too old and out of shape to pack one around.
I'm with you on the weight. I used to mess around with accurate ar10 rifles, but I don't even look at them now because they are so heavy. I was carrying a bergara hmr to predator hunt, and that is what lead me to build my ar rifle. That bergara must weigh 20lbs with ammo and optic and brake and sling. I was lugging it around and decided that I wanted something just as accurate but much lighter, and quicker follow up shots due to the coyote habit of traveling in mated pairs. I bought parts that were designed to reduce weight starting with the bullet upper lower set that are skeletonized. Mine doesn't weight 10lbs with the optic, (which was also chosen to keep weight low but do what I wanted), and a 10rd magazine. It is very manageable. Now, I'm not trying to change your mind, just telling you how I got where I am.
