Nothing fancy, but very functional. I put 40 lbs of weight in the desk to stabilize it. Adjusted the legs to make it level. Now I can watch football, and burn through my bullets, primers, and powder that I can't replace. Lol

Just me, and don't mean to offend, but I don't want any TV, radio, or any other distraction while loading.
Not mean at all. I would agree that reloading should take all of your concentration. Especially if you're not super familiar with it. I've loaded over 20k rounds through this little single stage press in my 11 years of reloading. Right now I'm loading a 6.5 Creedmoor recipe that is a compressed load. Very difficult to mess up. Pistol rounds, that will be done on my bench.

Well, the good thing is he has a wood stove to burn off the powder from mixed up loads:eek:. I watch TV for everything except when I am weighing powder. General brass prep, cleaning, and all the mundane stuff Ok that can do eyes closed. BUT I am really anal about powder scales, calibrations etc. so I don't want anything around me. Even my wife knows when I am weighing to bug out! I don't hear her even More then🤣 Or that is my excuse anyway....

Lol. I never thought I'd get shamed for reloading. Once your brass is prepped and primed, your seating die is set, and your scale is set, it's just powder dump and bullet press. Pretty darn hard. Jeez. When you have the rona, and you want to watch championship football, I guess you deserve to get crucified for wanting to do a little reloading too. Lol, I guess I should expect it from today's crowds. Public shaming tough guys.

I did NOT see any public shaming responses; perhaps I missed something. I do not watch NFL either esp. when they were kneeling and disrespecting the flag.

Nope not shaming just something I won't do. I look at reloading more than simple powder weigh dump, press bullets. Your choice, you posted it up for comment and you got it. Disagreement is not shaming. However, I do chew gum though on occasion.
It is more than that, but once you've set everything up, it's exactly that! Dump the right amount of powder, press a bullet in to the correct depth. It's not rocket science.

I do not see it as a disagreement either. We have differences and preferences in the reloading processes.

I listen to podcasts during most processes but pretty much mentally tuning it out as needed to focus, especially during weighing charges on the beam scale. I dig the setup though, I just know myself and that I need to focus, experience has taught me that I'm not a great multitasker, so has that one missing primer 😱.
