Maybe you need a combination of more practice AND a Bergara? I'm sure it was a cool event. Have always wanted to go even just to watch or be an RO.

I have a bergara wilderness terrain in 6.5prc, and it checks two of those three boxes. It is high quality and impressively accurate, but nobody would call it lightweight. I'm the guy that would rather carry a 10lb rifle and have the stability than a 6lb rifle that gets blown off your pack by the wind. I'm walking around with a good 20lbs of extra bodyweight, so if I want to complain about pack weight, the rifle isn't the biggest problem, it's me.

More practice is an understatement. Didn't help that my buddy lost some of his mags and had to reload by hand during the second and third day. Ran out of time for most events.

This is our third year going you would think that we would have learned better by now.

I have a Berger premier mountain 2.0 in 6.5 prc it has an ag composite carbon fiber stock and trigger tech trigger shoots half inch groups at 200 yards with factory ammo and weighs a smidge over six pounds

i hunt with a Highlander in 6.5 PRC and it's lighter than the Terrain, but not as light as the Mountain. Accuracy is fantastic across the board...

I've got 3 bergara rifles now, and they are hard to beat. I haven't purchased anything from the premiere line yet, and maybe I won't now since I'm just building what I want, but if a man had $1,000 and wanted a really accurate rifle that will do whatever he wanted, they are hard to beat. I have an hmr in 6.5cm that is probably the most consistently accurate rifle I own when shooting factory ammo. I haven't measured any of the groups, but people would probably question my integrity if I guessed. Very accurate rifles

I love my seekins. I would buy with confidence. I think it's one of the best bang for bucks out of the box at $1800. Only complaint was my action was rough out of the box. A day on the couch of cycling it smoothed it up nicely. I should get a commission with how many times I've recommend this rifle. Mine shoots 1/2 MOA all day with my handloads. Never fired factory. Grouping is at 680 yards. That piece of straw is 3 inches.

Hornady Precision Hunter. I did cut my barrel down to about 21" for tree stand hunting with a can but otherwise straight production gear. Nate, what load is that?

100 yards. That group was shot using a lead-sled which i don't normally like to do but was in a hunt camp verifying my rifle after flying. Normally I'm a .5 to .75 kinda MOA guy
