And, you can bet your last primer that anyone that has been up there for three years or more will vote for what's best for themselves and for the Government instead of the people when their vote really matters. Co-opted by the tenured Politicians Both sides are corrupt and get drunk on power. They just fight on who's going to run it. At least the Democrats are beginning to honestly say they are Socialists, and the laws they make don't apply to them or their protected groups. The Republicans continue to lie and claim to be conservatives when they are actually Globalists. They just pander for our vote. I am sick of them both. Some of my Democrat friends in Montana enjoy the sporting life such as fly fishing and seasonal hunting for birds & deers. They usually own a .22 & some deer rifle, possibly a Savage 99 like Senator Tester owns and displays in his IH pickup farm truck. A a shot gun of some type is also owned by seasonal hunters.. Having Montana values includes hunting. Kathy Williams (re-occurring Democrat congressional candidate) gets photographed every two years wearing a blaze orange hunting vest; this years display included filleting some tiny fish. Should these politicians go extreme on gun regulations this would be the end of their political career.

I also have some big city, east coast, Democrat relatives, hard to believe, but this year they were shopping for 9mm pistols & ammo. My relatives would not approve of draconian gun regulations and might even vote Republican.

Both Senator Daines & Congressman Rosendale get my A+ rating on guns and most everything else.

I would not worry about senator Romney as far as gun regulations, he is not the Massachusetts governor any more.

I guess I need a reminder... when was the last time Joe Manchin voted with the his "colleagues across the aisle" on a significant piece of legislation? I had high hopes when he went to Washington DC as a senator, but I can't seem to recall a time when he didn't vote in lock-step with his party on every piece of major legislation... like I said, I need a reminder.
