Results are starting to come in on the new 28 SM and are quite impressive.
Below is a pic sent from a Seekins Havoc build with only a 24" barrel.
3'shots at 100 yds with a 195 Berger at 3220'. This is a max load in his rifle. He shot a grain more And had an extractor mark and some bolt stiffness. He dropped a half grain and it went away so dropped another half grain and shot this. 4 th firing on this case and he says primers are still snapping in place.

Its a necked down 30 Sherman Magnum which an Improved version of the 300 PRC
that gives 300 Norma performance on a std magnum bolt.

@elkaholoc I have a chassis with a 3.715" magazine that needs an action and a barrel. What COL are we looking at with this round? I don't have fb so gettin on there and getting more info isn't an option.

3.715 is minimum for a 215 and 230 Berger, but will work.
Oops, you said 28 SM!
You should be ok with 3.715
