Any owners of Spot Hogg Fast Eddie or HHA Optimzer sites please share your opinion.

Good luck and shoot straight y'all

I have shot both, and of the 2 strongly prefer the spot hogg. But if you haven't, I would suggest looking into the "option" brand sights. I only shoot mine as a single pin but because the housing doesn't move, just the pin, your anchor point remains constant when shooting at longer ranges. My groups under 70yds it didn't change much but I was amazed how much my farther ones tightened up

I've shot Spott Hogg Hunter (pre MRT) and own a Black Gold Revenge 5 pin. I prefer the Black Gold pins. Mine are .019, .019, .010, .010, .010

That said, I wouldn't replace a Spott Hogg just because, but if I was buying again it would be a Black Gold.

I have the Spott Hogg tommy hogg on my backup bow, and I really like it. I put the new axcel accutouch carbon pro I put on my new bow, and it definitely has some better features.

I've set up 15+ bows recently and each one left the shop with a spot hogg. It's the best sight imo and I have 2 fast eddies on my hunting bows.

I have been shooting the Spot Hogg Fast Eddie single pin for about a year and half now. I have whitetail hunted and took a Colorado mule deer with it. The sight has been perfect and performed very well. I'm still not sure I like a slider personally but it's fun to target shoot with. I can get to 106 yards with mine before my fletching starts hitting the bottom of the sight housing

I am finding the 5 pin real deal kind of cluttered at my age now. The 7 pin would only be more so. I'm thinking 1 pin would be better at this point not sure whether vertical or horizontal. Dialing seems like a non issue when most shots at game are 15 to 25 and shooting a Mathews Z7 at 275fps. Being able to practice at 50 and beyond and reset to 20ish is what I'm thinking.

Thanks for the responses y'all

For toughness I don't think you can beat a spot hogg. ive had my hoggit hunter since 2007, 13 big game animals, miles of dirt roads, atv's ,dropped a few times and no problems
