300 WSM & 215 Berger Hybrids

I've looked into the Bertram, but Ive seen mixed reviews? I'm using FC brass and I hate it. Super soft. I was able to get the 200.20x above 3K but got scared and back it off to 2930. If you recommend Bertram after firing a couple times let us know!
I was on 8 firings on the last batch of 100 pcs on the last wsm I had. I have no complaints with the bertram.

Is the RL23 anywhere near as fast as RL26? I got a buddy running H4350 in his 300 wsm and has great luck even with the heavies. Thought about trying that also as I have a bunch of 4350 and H1000
In my rifle, 23.5" barrel, I maxed out around 70.5gr rl26 @ 2920 fps. With rl23 67.2gr was max @ 2860

In for the info....nothing to add yet.

i have a custom Savage 300 WSM. Seeing5 shots under 0.5 MOA at 100 yds using 180 elite hunter and H4831SC.

Back to the 212's again, but trying RL26....looking for 2900 fps and groups under 0.5MOA. Starting again after 350 Legend finished up.

If I can get the 215's above 2900 with good accuracy then I will be happy. My other 300 wsm is a Kimber Montana and it doesn't shoot anything above 180's well but shoots 155 scenars and w760 perfectly!

RL26 and Berger 215's...what is your charge weigh, oal and velocity?
Last test I did was 68-69.6 in .3 gr intervals. Last charge I was around 2980 and that is seated at 300 wsm accurate-mag length of around 2.980 which is about .050 jump in my rifle.

I had great luck with h4350 with 178s in my last rifle just not sure about running that with 215s. And I know h1000 is going to be really slow after playing with RL26. Looking for some RL23 now to try! I also thought about dropping down to 178s again cause I can get them screaming but this carbon six barrel is a 9 twist may be to fast for 178s.

I am just biding my time. Getting a barrel chambered right now in 30-338 lapua throated for 245s. I am just tinkering with wsm out of boredom lol

Naw nothing yet but at that speed I know it's getting close so going to stay around 68.6 or so and play with seating depth and see how it goes
