Identify this bottom metal?

Can anybody identify this bottom metal? I've never seen one like it
The rifle itself is a bit of a head scratcher for me anyway it's a 700 xcr with a surgeon barrel and a bell and Carlson with some mods I can't identify

Gun show find lol the guy was selling as a rem 700 tactical

I googled for the better part of an hour and never found a matching trigger guard shaped like that.

that stock may be ambidextrous (aka left or right hand).... The unusual stock bolt inlet might be that. I have an ambidextrous rifle stock from Magpul that I have a 6xc in have to get it back from the 'smith who threaded the barrel and chambered it for 6xc (second rifle in 6xc). Picture is of the stock. That stock has some unusual inletting for

ambidextrous use. I do not have mine, I have to pick it up from the gunsmith (another long story).
