Bourbon

I like Buffalo Trace the best. Elija Craig or Woodford when I can't find BT. We can't get Wellers up here in MD but ABC in Fla., where my parents live has it. I'm told that BT is essentially Wellers.

Blanton's is my go to. Whistle pig is very good. Basil Hayden's is great as well. I lucked into a bottle of W.L. Wellers from a buddy who owns a liquor store. It's normally sold in his shop for $500+ a bottle. He gave it to me for letting him hunt hogs on my land. I've taken one drink and the rest is reserved for special occasions and celebrations. It's that good.

Weller is my favorite but I haven't seen a bottle in years. I lived in Georgia and had friends with liquor stores. Weller 12 year, Weller 107 and Weller Special Reserve are the ones to look for. Enjoy it while you have it buddy because it is highly sought after.

I like all the responses. I've tried probably 95% got lots sitting in my hunting/gun room. Probably my favorite going now is blade and bow. Not cheap but a really good bourbon. Probably one of my least favorite so far has been EH Taylor. Huge makers and wild turkey fan though. Craig is good as well as knob creek. Weller antique 107 is also another winner if you can get ahold of it.

Going a little sweeter tonight. Not bourbon but still tasty. Anybody use these ice ball makers? Perfect for sipping if not sipping neat.

four roses small batch is much better than regular . Eagle rare is buffalo trace small batch , both very good. Anything Barton is not so good. I'm not far from bourbon country and done the tours several times. I always have some makers 46, Buffalo Trace single barrel and a random single barrel my guy recommends in the cabinet.
On another note, how do you guys like your bourbon served?

I enjoy a good neat glass with a cigar but also love it with coke...I know that awful for a bourbon drinker but that is how I got started when I was in college
