Let's see... 3.5" @ 400 yards = 7" @ 800 yards. That's accurate enough to put down any NA animal (including man), especially coming from a 28 Nosler. Maybe 2 rounds for a grizzly/moose, maybe, but 1 good placement shot would probably do them in, especially with those Barnes TTSX you're using.
Don't be fooled...your 3.5" groups at 400 yards are better (or just as good) than most of us responsing here, including myself. All my 1/4" shooting calibers ideally would be 1" @ 400 yards, but there's too many variables between me and 400 yards, let alone 800 yards.
With practice (along with some powder tweeking...you'll be amazed at what +/-.1 grain of powder will do), you'll be even more deadly than you already are.

Personally
I weigh bullets, brass AND powder to .1 grain
I make groups of the tightest bullets and brass in 1 pile
Everything else another pile
First pile is long range and hunting
Second pile is plinking
Full size full length resizing until i know the rifle and load works, verify nech length and diameter ARE PERFECT AFTER RESIZING AND AFTER LOADING ON EVERY ROUND, MAKE SURE NECKS ARE PERFECT AND TRIM AND TURN AS NECESSARY,, make positive OAL is correct and within .001, make sure each round chambers, verify CONCENTRICITY with each round
I am anal about bullet jump to .0001"
I AM ALSO ANAL ABOUT A PERECT MUZZLE AND 2 IF NOT 3 DIFFERENT HARD GLASS BEDDED RECOIL LIGS AND 1/16TH INCH CLEARANCE AROUND THE BARREL FULL LENGTH MINIMUM
I also locktight EVERY bolt,screw, nut....
I am an oddball I know.
But it works for me....

I sure wouldn't complain too much to get a 3.5" group at 400 yards. I think most hunters would be pretty confident going into a hunt with the load you and your rifle achieved. Just breathe and squeeze. That projectile is going where the crosshairs are pointed. Good luck and enjoy the hunt!

I see more variances with accuracy, ES and SD when the BRASS weight is not an equal weight or as close to it as possible

Within one grain or less. I feel comfortable within .5 grain, which is why I use Lapua brass Because of its consistency.

You will find 100 more things to look into...some of them you will adopt, some you won't. I would focus on the big things first. Getting a good, consistent powder charge, optimal seating depth, and measuring for concentricity is a great place to start. If you focus on too many things at once you may overcomplicate things and have a hard time figuring out what action made the improvements. JMO.
And you should be pretty happy about 3.5" at 400 as well. Practice shooting and get better at reloading but you are in a pretty good spot already.

The 150 Barnes TTX's are high quality bullets intended for hunting and 3.5 inch at 400 is sub MOA (real good). Go for the deers or whatever and shoot a big one.
After hunting season season you can explore match bullets and get into fine shooting and exacting load development. Many match type bullets of the tipped variety work very well on deers or similar size animals and are less expensive than the Barnes TTX's. There are many factors involved in developing optimum loads for your rifle and this requires an extensive analysis of the entire process.

Little toy I made ot of old micrometers and such in a level 1 NIST metrology lab many many years ago to estimate tjroat lead deterioration every 500 round burst for a few PALLETS of 556

And better yet, how do you seat your bullets to .0001 consistently?
