Introducing the Absolute Hammer

well the 140AH will run up to 3150 with no pressure in a 7mm-08 AI only tried cfe223, to dark to shoot any groups will try tomorrow powder charge was at 48.5 in formed lapua brass may try 8208 also

I'd like to give a big "Thank You" to all the guys sharing load data for the AH. Also to those cataloging the data. It should save a lot of components for those of us getting a slow start.

So far, there's data available for 3-4 of my rifles. Three rifles have new barrels, so I'll form brass and bring round count
up with my regular bullets prior to trying the AH.

Again, thanks for the AH blueprints.

3500 is what I get in my 6.5 Bee with the 127 LRX and 87 gr of RL33.
We should be able to best at least 3700 fps with the 123 AH
Is that the RPM or the 6.5x300. Reason I am asking is I recently purchased the Weatherby MeatEater Vanguard, but I am working in Michigan and haven't got to shoot it yet. The factory 127 LRX claim 3531 on the box. I have dies, IMR 869, and 150 of the 127 Barnes and was wondering if I might find a better than factory load than advertised. Either way, the Weatherby's are fast and expensive to load for, but I new that when I bought it. LOL. Taking it and a custom 300WM to Colorado for the fourth Elk season this year and I can't wait. I am assuming that it is the 6.5X300 judging from the powder capacity.

So I haven't looked at all 55 pages. what is the real world speed increase with these? I saw where with the American ruger in 6.5 cm no real increase. Anyone have a before load weight and speed and new load speed for 6.5cm and 6mm? I dont see them listed on site?

Look at the load data sheet posted on one of these last couple pages, that will tell you

they are not making a 6mm as of yet I have found 100 to 150 fps over similar weight hammer hunter bullets in the 6.5 and 7mm and 200 plus over similar weight cup and core bullets

tested the 7mm08 AI with the cfe223 and 140AH today great speed no accuracy tried varget up to 47.0gr 3082fps will try groups later today when the wind lays thinking there is a node between 46.2 and 46.8
