Getting faint ejector marks but primers appear good to go.
New ADG brass 6.5 PRC
140gr vld
H1000 57.5gr
20" Proof Barrel
About 2850fps

It seems like I should be able to get more out of this granted it being a 20" barrel. Are there any other variables where ejector marks appear while no being at pressure? The reason I ask is I have ejector marks on some brass where I was on the low end of powder charge.

I had a similar issue happen with my Peterson .243 brass when it was virgin. I was getting ejector marks on loads that were 2gr below my old load and 150FPS slower. I contacted them and they said it was an issue with some of their brass that they were working towards fixing. They explained it to me that the case heads are through hardened and that the outer layer of brass can be soft even if the center and interior walls of the brass is hard. This will leave an ejector mark even with lighter loads. They told me to just watch my primers and feel for a stiff bolt lift and to stop if the ejector marks got really bad. I got up to within 30fps of my old load and only get a couple very faint ejector marks on once fired brass now. I don't know how ADG but this Peterson .243 brass is the only brass I've ever used that exhibited ejector marks early on. All other brass I've used shows ejector marks when I'm at the top end of pressures.

.. make sure to get all the lube off of the finished rounds

^^^^ check this first. Try cleaning a few cartridges with a rag moistened with brake cleaner or alcohol. Also, swab out the chamber with the same...then fire the cases and see if it is gone. If your bolt lift is fine and not stiffer than with an empty chamber I would not be concerned even with the light ejector marks occurring.
