Problem with calcs for 4dof and strelok

I don't know if I've ever seen a barometer that goes below 28. It would have to be more like 2 to make a difference like this anyways. The current official barometric pressure at my home is 29.5 at 2200 feet.
The weather channel here says the barometer is 29.65, my kestrel says it is 25.42, 4700 ft above sea level. I do agree, not 5 moa worth though.
Your targets are either not where you think they are, or your input into the app is messed up. Even a half inch miscalculation in sight height really doesn't skew numbers much.
But a combination of bad input may put you that far off.
I just know from shooting, even with your MV and the crappy bullet you are shooting, no way would one normally could hit 900 yards with 12.25 moa up. 17-18 moa seems like it should be closer.
I would look into input in the app.

I went through all the inputs and used the kestrel my cousin has. This brought the app down to 17.01. Still no where close.
As for the bullets. I figure since im shooting a 0.3 inch at 200 yards with 178 gr eldx and a 0.5 with the 200gr eldx they should be more than accurate enough for 900. I was unable to get Berger vld under 1 inch at 200 with this rifle.
I'm going to have to use a tall target and see how the scope tracking is.
Either way the gun is consistantly shooting like this. I can come back days later crank it up to 12.25 and smack that steal.

Yes, check your scope, I just know 12 moa to 900 is not correct, maybe close with a 400 yard zero.

That's what I was coming up with too. Even with the long barrel and big precision armament muzzle brake it shouldn't change anything since we know what the velocity is through the chronograph. It will be a bummer if it's the scope. That thing was expensive and is practically new.

I sure hope you get it figured out, but you have a pattern going on where you don't need as much at 600 either. If your scope click value was so far off, I would think getting a solid zero would be challenging.

I guess I have another question. Would me zeroing my scope at range from prone (9") to a target 40" high make a difference?
 
Math not my strong suit, but I say you are around 3 degrees if ground is level, so no.
Check this out. I just punched in all my numbers using 4dof and in hornadys bc calculator. The 4dof is saying 16.8 and the bc calculator is saying 13.75. Absolutely no different numbers. ????? What is 4dof adding in that isn't in the bc calculator?

Ok, i am not sure just what you are calling bc calculator? 4Dof was designed for Hornady bullets and seems to work better than most apps for them. Most apps that i have been around when entering Hornady bullets, the bullet does not fly as well as the output suggests.
