30-06 and 270 baffle me, instead of 300wsm

Obviously because there are way more 270 and 30/06 out there than 300wsm and the tooling is similar since they ran everything that's 06 based.

I'm a 300wsm fan too and expect adg or Peterson to do it shortly. Hang in there!

I started using 270wsm brass in my 6.5x300wsm years ago.
After tons of sorting and prep work it's fine.
But I can tell you for sure if ADG, Lapua or Pederson made 300 or 270wsm I'd switch over in a heart beat.

I'm on back order from euro optics for Peterson 280 Ackley. They said I was the last back order before they order some more. Please someone buy a box so they will restock the 10 boxes they normally carry.

I have only used Peterson brass in 6.5 creedmoor with the small primer pockets and it didn't shoot my recipe very well. How does their brass rank in relation to other top brass? Also what is their 308 match brass? Thx

Anytime you switch brands of brass you need to make a new recipe for that brass.

Their brass is top notch but like every other top notch maker it's thicker so it takes a little less powder to fill.
