Thank you all for the advice. Neck in chamber is .299 and will use bushing die to bring brass necks down to .293. My loaded neck diameter should be .296 afterwards.
With Lapua brass your figures don't look quite right to me. I use a .292" bush and the loaded rounds measure .294" for my 6.5-284 Norma. A friend of mine has a Savage rifle and his figures are the same as mine. The neck thickness on my Lapua brass is 0.015" so .015" x 2 = .030" + .264" = .294. If this is the case with your brass you will have .005" clearance and may not need to turn the necks.
