Custom rifle cost going to the moon , when does it end ?

Mine, too. The budgetary approval process for purchases is terrible. Forms in triplicate, a review process, a review board. I don't even know who is on this review board. All they ever do is say no.

If I won a lotto, I might want to get one or two of those custom rifles. I bought these 2 Rem M700's Long Range rifles from Cabela's. 2 for $1250. Jewell triggers and shortened stocks. They'll have to do for now.

Custom rifles are proven with 5 shot groups. This is luck. My Grandfather's M1 Carbine would shoot 3 shots into one hole at 100y no matter what the conditions. My Gunslinger Extreme Terminator will shoot 5 shot groups like that at 600y.

That Accubond load looks like money. Make a 100 of those and you are good to go for many years.

Absolutely fabulous shooting, load, and rifle. I couldn't shoot the world's most accurate 300 RUM into a group like that. I would flinch.

Most factory 700s will shoot 1/2 moa with reloads. Sometimes you get lucky and get a beast. Hang on to that one it's a keeper.
