I've got a Leupold VX-6 3-18x44mm TMOA that is essentially in new condition. I mounted it on a rifle, and never shot it. It comes with everything it originally had in the box, although the CDS coupon has been cashed in for a MOA TAC turret.

It does have a zero stop. I'll check in just a bit, and see how much elevation it has, I'm pretty sure it's not limited to two revolutions.
