I have been reading threads for years but haven't ever said anything. Just wondering what you guys think? Which 7MM cartridge is more inherently accurate?I personally think the Rem mag is an excellent elk cartridge but I am thinking about the SAUM to maybe get a little better accuracy. Thanks for your input.

The rem 7 mag will give you more speed. And as far as accuracy the chamber and throat count more than the cartridge.

Go with the SAUM, I would go with a 280AI before the Rem Mag.
I have thought about the AI also but not sure, I currently hav two Rem Mags just thinking about trying something else. Thanks
What diameter throat do you like , and who do you recommend for chambering?

I have a 7 mag reamer with the bore rider throat that really performs. Let me go out and measure the reamer.
